The delivery of Products ordered online, shipped to and received by you indicate your agreement to us and our secure 3rd party payment processing and delivery carrier’s terms and condition for the fulfilment of sale contract.

Local delivery service is only available to valid addresses in mainland Singapore and Sentosa.

Soon Watt & Co. Online reserves the right to decline any delivery to

  1. Any address with restricted access or is inaccessible as determined by our 3rd party delivery carrier.
  2. P.O. Box and Locked Box
  3. 3rd Party Delivery Carrier including self-collection on your behalf.

We aim to ship within 3 to 5 working days from the time of your purchase.

The working days are between Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and any blackout dates imposed by Soon Watt & Co. Online during this period. If an order is made on Saturday or Sunday, the next working day will be Monday (provided that Monday is not a public holiday).

Delivery time slots are subjected to availability. In the event of overwhelming requests for any particular time slot, we may cease to accept delivery order for that slot and the Customer will be advised to select an alternate slot. There will be no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.

Delivery must be acknowledged by the Customer or his/her authorised recipient on the delivery note/invoice. The authorised recipient should be present at the delivery address during the selected delivery time slot to receive the delivery. Failing which, a delivery notice will be given and we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip.

If any Product in the Customer’s order is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact the Customer for a change of order or cancellation, if no suitable alternative is available.

The Customer shall notify Soon Watt & Co. Online immediately if there is any change in delivery address and/or contact number. We shall not be held liable for any delivery made prior to the Customer’s notification.
We are committed to deliver your orders to your specified valid and complete delivery address within your selected time slot but we shall not be liable for any claims damages costs whatsoever due to delays in the delivery services.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of an order if we have any doubt whatsoever as to the Customer’s credit worthiness or if the payment is not effected for any reason whatsoever.

All risk in the Products sold on this website shall be passed to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer’s delivery address specified in the order.



We shipped oversea too.  Freight charge will be calculated based on the items purchased.  Kindly contact us at  for details.

Shipping to International addresses may subject to additional shipping charges base on mode of delivery and destination. Shipping will not cover any form of taxes and duty imposed by the destination country. Please refer to your relevant local authority for more information.

We accept no liability if the order is withheld, denied entry, destroy or other actions deem necessary by the intended country’s relevant authority.



All Products prior to delivery are checked for their quantity ordered and the quality which includes the Product packaging conditions. Some Products may be photo taken for documentation prior to packing.

The Customer or his/her authorised recipient is strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute.

All exchange is subjected to stock available.  When such exchange is not possible for whatever reasons, a refund will be made. 

Unfortunately, Soon Watt & Co. Retail store will not entertain by means or be responsible for any cash refund or exchange whatsoever.

We shall arrange to collect Products for exchange, and the Customer shall be obliged to return, a Product that was damaged on delivery, or was not part of the Customer’s order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake.

The Customer shall ensure that the Product for return must not be used, is in its original and undamaged packaging, and provided that all items including but not limited to instruction manual, all parts and accessories (if any) are intact.

Any costs incurred during the return of Product for whatever reasons, with the exception of wrongly delivered items, shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject a return request for exchange or refund should this condition is not met.

In the event of a warranty replacement, the defective Product may either be replaced with the same Product but without the packaging, or a Product of equivalent value in the event that the identical unit is no longer in stock.

All replacement of Products will be effected by the next earliest available delivery time slot.

Save as expressly provided under these Terms & Conditions, Soon Watt & Co. shall not be liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience of any form incurred whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, Soon Watt & Co. expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential damages howsoever caused, arising out or in connection with contract and whether or not foreseeable or in the original contemplation of the parties at the date of the contract.


Warranty approval is subjected to the manufacturer’s warranty guideline. Please refer to the owner’s manual and our general warranty guideline set out herein.
